Lifetime Access
Lifetime access means whatever files are provided to you can be downloaded and used for lifetime purposes on the same PC where it was activated. It will continue to work on that specific PC. If it’s not running, you can contact us — we’ll fix it for you.
Lifetime Updates & Maintenance Policy
If you purchase any of our tools, bots, scripts, or software, and we’ve stated “lifetime updates are free” or “lifetime possible updates are free,” it means:
- If a tool stops working and an update can fix the issue, we will provide a free update for the PC it’s licensed to.
- If a tool stops working and there is no possible fix, then an update cannot be provided as no solution exists.
- The term “lifetime” means you can use the received files indefinitely on your licensed PC.
- If an error or bug arises and a fix is available while our business is active, we will provide the update.
- If we (owner/team) are no longer alive, further updates will not be possible.
- If your product includes free updates for a specific period (e.g., 6 months), once that period is over, a small fee may apply for further updates.
- If no such period is mentioned, then updates are free for a lifetime — following the terms above.
Free Support + Remote Help
Support and remote help come free with the software. Some products may include a fixed support period. Once this ends, you must buy a support add-on.
If your product includes unlimited free support, it will remain free for your lifetime — as per the lifetime explanation above.
Support includes:
- Remote setup help
- Bug fixing and troubleshooting
- Guidance on tool usage
- Help with software configuration
- Support via email, Telegram, WhatsApp
Order Claim Policy & Abandoned Orders
If you purchase a product/service but it hasn’t been delivered:
- If you didn’t receive the files/tutorials automatically, you must contact us via details on the Contact page.
- If you don’t contact us, we’ll notify you via email used in the order — with reminders sent up to 6 times over 6 months.
- If there’s no response after 6 months, the order will be considered abandoned and the amount will be retained by Kenzabyte.
- If you respond within 6 months, we will provide files and guidance.
- If files haven’t been downloaded or used, you may request an exchange (see refund policy).
Refund Policy for Tools, Bots, Scripts & Software
Once purchased, tools and scripts give you instant file access. That’s why a full refund is not possible.
- If you downloaded the product, full refund is not allowed.
- If you received free support and then request a refund, file access and support fees will be deducted. The remaining amount may be refunded.
- Your license will be deactivated upon refund.
- Claiming that you didn’t read the policy is not valid for a refund.
- Assumptions about features that don’t exist do not qualify for a refund.
- Wrong purchases are non-refundable but may be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Option:
- One-time exchange allowed for equal/lower value product.
- If exchanged product costs less, the remaining balance won’t be refunded.
- Once exchanged, refund is no longer possible.
Note: Support add-ons and upgrade add-ons are non-refundable.
Purchase & Policy Acknowledgment
If you are purchasing any tool or service manually (outside the website), please get in touch with us only through the official contact details available on our Contact page.
Whether you are purchasing directly from our website or manually, we assume you have read, understood, and agreed to all our terms, conditions, refund policies, and legal notices.
❗ Please note: All purchases made on our website require you to check the box confirming “I have read the Terms, Conditions, and Refund Policy” before proceeding. By ticking that box and completing the purchase, it is legally assumed that you are fully aware of and accept our policies.
This same agreement also applies to manual purchases. Once you proceed with a manual or automatic purchase, it is considered that you have agreed to all our published policies related to Kenzabyte.
➡️ No future claims stating “I didn’t know this or that policy” after manual purchases will be entertained, and such excuses will not be considered valid or work in your favor.
License Type & Upgrade Policy
All software purchased from us is, by default, licensed for a single PC only, in accordance with international standards. It is not intended for use on multiple PCs.
If the software includes support for upgrades or add-ons, then any upgrades or add-ons related to that tool will be available accordingly.
By default, free updates are included for 1 year.
However, if we specifically mention that “lifetime updates” are included, then updates will remain free for a lifetime — following our lifetime usage policy.
If you have purchased a Basic or Standard version and later upgrade to a Premium or Professional version, then:
- The previous version may stop working on your PC.
- The upgraded version will become active and usable.
- In some cases (such as when both versions work with different modules or add-ons), both versions may continue to work if the upgraded version is installed as an add-on.
If both versions are not compatible, we will replace the old license with the upgraded license as part of your upgrade process.
License Transfer Policy
If your product is for a single PC, it will only work on that PC. If your tool includes support upgrades, you may pay a discounted price to upgrade.
If your license is transferable, the terms will be listed in the product details. If not mentioned, the license is not transferable.
- If your product allows transfer (e.g., once or twice), those limits must be followed.
- To transfer beyond the limit, contact us. We may allow an extra transfer at a fair price if verified it’s your own PC (not for reselling).
- After all transfer limits are used, a new license must be purchased.
Version Clarification & Pricing Terms
By default, all purchases made through product pages will be for the Standard version, unless otherwise specified. These follow Standard pricing and policies.
If the product page provides an option to choose between Standard and Premium, you are free to select either. Your purchase will then follow the terms, features, and pricing of the version you selected.
In cases where only a single or full version is offered on the product page (labeled as “Premium” or “Full Version”), it means only the Premium version is available for that product, and your purchase will follow its respective policies and pricing.
When you add a product to the cart, it will indicate “Standard” or “Premium” at the end of the product name or in the description.
If a product listing does not mention “Standard” or “Premium”, it is considered a full Premium version by default and will follow all Premium features, benefits, and policies.
