Telegram Scraper & Member Adder - FAQs, Limits & Usage Guide
Everything explained below applies to all Telegram scraping and member-adding tools worldwide because these are Telegram’s own rules & limits. Most sellers avoid explaining this clearly, but we provide all the real details in one place, so this single FAQ can solve almost all doubts.
1. Telegram Rules
Telegram limits apply to all tools worldwide.
No software can override Telegram’s rules, limits, or restrictions.
This is platform-controlled, not tool-controlled.
2. No Magic
Scraping and adding tools are just automation.
They work using multiple accounts within Telegram limits.
There are no hidden tricks or bypass methods.
so unrealistic expectations should be avoided.
3. False Claims
“Unlimited adding”, “zero risk”, or “special bypass methods” claims are false.
Any tool promising this is misleading users.
Reality doesn’t work that way.
4. Real Transparency
We share only authentic, real-world behavior here so users know exactly what is possible and what is not, and can use the software with clear and safe expectations.

General
What is Telegram Scraper?
Telegram Scraper Extracts the members from your competitor’s telegram group and saves those members’ details into a data.csv file with usernames, user IDs, and names.
and these members’ details are very important for member adding. And you can scrape any public or private groups and build a custom telegram niche audience.
What is Telegram Adder?
The Users' Details Scraped by Scraper option will be saved in the data.csv file.
Now adder will read those users’ details & use the username of the user and add those members into your group / your desired group.
So, using this telegram member adder, you can have your targeted audience and build Targeted Audience Groups that will be very beneficial for your business. As you know, to grow any business, you must reach the right person who is interested in your product/services, etc.
Difference Between Telegram Channel & Group ?
Telegram Groups :
In Group You can see People’s communication, and the most important and best way to know the group or channel is by looking at the top bar.
In that top bar, it’ll show you as members, and you can even see the people who are participating in any particular groups.
If the group members are hidden, you can still see the admins there, so this is a Group Not a channel.
So, Telegram Members Adding Software is Developed Mainly for transferring Telegram Group Members From one Group to Another Group.
Telegram Channels :
Telegram Channels' top bar will show you as a subscriber,r which means this is a channel and you can’t see the members who are participating in this channel.
so channel member exporting or scraping is not possible by normal users, Telegram doesn’t allow us, so adding members from a channel to other channels is not possible. So please don’t repeat these questions.

Only one Telegram account is required for member scraping. This setting can be configured in the configuration file and is used specifically for scraping members from multiple groups.
Can Scrape Unlimited Members ?
It can scrape members from both public and private groups where member lists are visible.
Groups with hidden member lists cannot be scraped.
It can scrape members based on activity, such as:
• 24-hour active members
• Weekly active members
• Monthly active members
• All visible members
There are no software-imposed limits on scraping. For example, if a group has 200,000 visible members, all of them can be scraped and saved into a data.csv file.
It can also scrape members from groups without public links, which are usually private groups where the group link is not visible.
can it Scrape Telegram Channel Subscribers ?
Telegram does not allow scraping Telegram channel subscribers.
This limitation applies to all tools, not just our software.
Scraping channel subscribers is IMPOSSIBLE.
If anyone claims their tool can scrape members from Telegram channels, that claim is false.
Please stay alert and avoid misleading or scam tools.
Telegram channel subscriber scraping is only possible if your Telegram account is an admin of that channel.
Otherwise, it is IMPOSSIBLE.
Can I scrape my own channel subscribers?
Yes, if you are the owner or admin of the channel, you can scrape your channel subscribers.
Add your Telegram account number in the configuration file (use the same number where you are the admin).
Example: PhoneNumber = 84911554110
In the FromGroup section, enter your channel username.
Example: FromGroup = MyChannel01
Save the configuration file and close it.
Now click the Export + Filter button, select the active members filter option, and press Enter. Done! ✅
All your channel subscribers’ member details will be saved in the Data.csv file. ✅
How to Scrape Public Groups [ Compititors Group ] ?
For Telegram group scraping, there are two types of groups.
1- Public Groups
2- Private Groups
Let me explain here how to scrape public groups!
Public groups have their group link visible.
Example: https://t.me/LBank_French
So, enter any of your Telegram account numbers in the configuration file.
Example: PhoneNumber = 84911554110
In the FromGroup section, enter the group username. Please do not use the full link.
Use the username like this:
Example: FromGroup = LBank_French
Save the configuration file and close it.
Now run the "Export+Filter" button, select the active members filter option, and press Enter. Done! ✅
All group members’ details have been saved in the Data.csv file. ✅
How to Scrape Private Groups [ Compititors Group ] ?
For Telegram group scraping, there are two types of groups.
1- Public Groups
2- Private Groups
Let me explain here how to scrape private groups!
Private groups do not have their group link visible.
If you receive a private invite link from anywhere or directly from the group admin, it may look like this:
Example: https://t.me/+kscQWxnXblk1YjY9
First, join the group manually using one of your Telegram accounts and pin that group to the top.
Now enter the same Telegram account number [the account you used to join the group] in the configuration file.
Example: PhoneNumber = 84911554110
In the FromGroup section, you can leave it empty — it does not matter for private groups.
Save the configuration file and close it.
Now run the "Private Export" button, enter 0 (zero), press Enter, and then press Enter again.
The software will now scrape members from the private group. ✅
[Sometimes the terminal may auto-close during private export — this is normal.]
After exporting, click the "Filter Username" button once. ✅
All group members’ details are now saved in the Data.csv file and can be used for adding members. ✅
How Many people/users Can pull a day ?
Here, Pulling means Scraping.
Scraping = Extracting members from any public or private Telegram group where members are visible.
For scraping, only 1 Telegram account is required.
That single account can scrape members from unlimited groups.
You do not need multiple accounts for scraping purposes.
All scraped members are saved directly into the Data.csv file.
Member Adding
How to Add Members in a Group ?
For Telegram group members adding, your group must be Public.
✅ Public Link Example: https://t.me/Smart_Yank
Private Link Example: https://t.me/+6sqKrCdiFTs2ODZl
We require a Public Group link here ✅
If your group is private, first make it public. After members are added, you can switch it back to private again.
How to scrape members from both public and private groups is already explained
Member adding comes after members are already scraped.
Let me explain How to Add Members to Public Groups!
Let’s assume members are already scraped and available in the Data.csv file.
Now put your target group username in the configuration file.
In the ToGroup section, enter only the group username — do not use the full link ❌
Use username format like this:
Example:
ToGroup = Smart_Yank
Save the configuration file and close it.
Now click the "Single Adder Mode" button.
It will launch one terminal, use one Telegram account, and add unique members from the Data.csv file ✅
Each time you click the "Single Adder Mode" button again, a new terminal opens and another account starts adding members.
🟢 One click = One terminal = One account adding
If you want to run multiple accounts at the same time,
Click the "Multi-Adder Mode" button.
It will ask:
[*] How Many Adder Terminals / Accounts Do You Want to Run?
Enter the number based on how many accounts you have.
For example, if you have 10 accounts in the phone.csv file,
Then enter:
[*] How Many Adder Terminals / Accounts Do You Want to Run? = 10
Press Enter.
The software will automatically launch all 10 accounts simultaneously.
Each account starts after the delay defined in the C button configuration,
Using the variable:
[ open_next_adder_after_seconds ]
The "C" button is already explained below under:
What is the "C" button in the panel?

How to customize per-account adding limits?
The Telegram member adding maximum limit is 50 members per account per day.
If you try to use the same account to add more members on the same day, it will not work.
In the configuration file, there is a variable called Per_Account.
Its default value is 50.
Example:
Per_Account = 50
This means it is an instruction for the adder to try adding a maximum of 50 members from one account.
Hence, your memory file follows a pattern like 1,1,50.
The memory file and the meaning of these three digits are already explained below
I assume you have already read that.
Now, suppose you want to change the per-account member adding limit to 20 or any other number.
Simply change the value from 50 to 20.
Example:
Per_Account = 20
Save the configuration file and close it.
Now click the "More" button >> then click the "Reset Memory [2 Digits]" button.
You are now ready for member adding, and the setting has been saved successfully.
From now on, each account will add only 20 members.
I used 20 just as an example — you can modify this value as per your requirement.
However, keeping the default value of 50 is also recommended for safe and stable member adding.
How many accounts are required for adding?
One Telegram account can add a maximum of 50 members per day ✅
If you have more Telegram accounts, you can add more members. Accounts used today can be reused after 24 hours.
Please note that these are Telegram’s adding rules, not software limitations.
Note: Users who have enabled privacy restrictions on their profile will not get added, so exactly 50 members may not always be added.
How fast can the software adds members?
The adding speed depends entirely on your settings. You have full control over the delay between each member addition.
For example, if you set a 5-second delay, one Telegram account can add up to 50 members per day, which will take roughly 4-5 minutes to complete.
When you run multiple Telegram accounts at the same time, all accounts work in parallel. This means each account completes its adding process in the same amount of time, allowing you to add more members overall without increasing the total running time.
This makes the process fast, efficient, and time-saving when using multiple accounts.
Note: Please use the default configured delay settings for a good and natural-looking adding speed. This is recommended.

File Management
what is phone.csv File ?
The phone.csv file is used to store your multiple Telegram account numbers.
In this file, you need to add your Telegram account numbers one by one, like this:
Example:
919845745845
9145784512874
123546258745
447854784512
84934554510
84934554520
Save the file and close it.
Now click on the Login Accounts button.
Log in to each account using the login code sent to every number.
These Telegram accounts will be used for member adding purposes.
What is Data.csv File ?
In this file, the scraper automatically saves all members’ details after running the Export+Filter, Private Export, and Filter Username buttons.
The adder reads member details from this file and uses them to add members to your group.
Whenever you scrape a new group, the data.csv file is automatically updated.
Old data is removed and replaced with the newly scraped data inside the data.csv file.
So, never delete this file, as it is updated automatically by the software.
What is Memory.csv file ?
Memory File Explanation
(Open the memory file with Notepad, do not use Excel)
The default memory file contains:
1,1,50
This means it is an instruction for the adder to use the 1st account from the phone.csv file and add members from serial number 1 to 50 from the data.csv file.
When you click the adder button, it follows this logic and automatically updates the memory file to:
2,51,100
This means it is now ready to use the 2nd account and add members from 51 to 100 from the data.csv file.
This process continues automatically and keeps updating the memory file.
1 - Example case
If your memory file contains:
20,501,550
And you have only 18 Telegram accounts in the phone.csv file.
When you click the adder button, it will not work, auto-close, or show this message:
[!] Index Out of Range [ Check Memory & Phone Files]
This happens because the memory file is trying to use the 20th account, but only 18 accounts exist.
You can manually edit the memory file to:
1,501,550
OR
Click the More button >> click Reset Memory [ 1st Digit ].
This will reuse the 1st account and continue adding members from 501 to 550 from the data.csv file.
The first digit always indicates which account will be used for adding.
Note: Do not reuse accounts already used on the same day, otherwise it may trigger a peer-flood message.
2 - Another case
If your memory file contains:
10,501,550
And your data.csv file has only 430 usernames.
Running the adder will auto-close because usernames from 501 onward do not exist.
In this case, scrape new group members first.
Then click the More button >> click Reset Memory [ 2 Digits ].
It will reset the memory file to values like:
10,1,50 or 10,1,20
The last two digits depend on the Per_Account value set in the configuration file.
The first digit still indicates which account will be used.
The other two digits reset to start from the first username of the newly scraped data.
3 - Full reset case
If you want to use the first account and start adding members from the first username in the data.csv file.
Click the More button >> click Reset Memory [ All Digits ].
Now you can proceed with member adding.
How to Edit / Open These .csv files ?
Always use Notepad or Notepad++ to open these files, do not use Excel.
If you don’t know how, right-click on the file and select:
Open with >> Notepad.
Software Messages
Index Out of Range [Check Memory & Phone Files] ?
The message: [!] Index Out of Range [ Check Memory & Phone Files]
This message mostly appears in the Adder option only.
To fix this issue, please read the above ⬆️ explanation about the memory file:
What is Memory.csv File?
"BadMsgNotification: The msg_id is too high" ?
The message:
BadMsgNotification: [17] The msg_id is too high, the client time has to be synchronized.
This message may appear in any option of the Telegram Member Adder tool.
But why?
The reason is: Your computer (PC) date and time are incorrect.
Even a 1-minute difference, wrong timezone, or incorrect date can trigger this message.
Solution:
Go to your system Date and Time Settings >>
Enable the "Set time automatically" option.
Set the correct timezone (manually or automatically).
Set the correct date and time.
Now go back to the option where you encountered this message, and you will see that it has been resolved.
What is "Not Mutual Contact" Message ?
In Telegram, the term "NotMutualContact" refers to a privacy restriction based on the contact relationship between users.
When you encounter "NotMutualContact" while trying to add a member to a group or channel, it means the person you are trying to add has not saved your phone number in their contacts, even if you have saved their number.
Telegram includes privacy settings that control who can add a user to groups and channels.
One of these settings allows only mutual contacts (users who have saved each other’s phone numbers) to add each other to groups or channels.
If this setting is enabled and the user has not saved your number, Telegram will block the action and show the "NotMutualContact" error.
As a result, this type of member cannot be added to groups. Only around 5–6% of users enable this privacy setting, so you will encounter this issue with very few people.
What is "Privacy Restricted" Message ?
In Telegram, the term "Privacy Restricted" appears when you try to add a member to a group or channel but are unable to do so because of their privacy settings.
This usually means the user has configured their account to restrict who can add them to groups.
What does "Privacy Restricted" mean?
When you see the "Privacy Restricted" message, it indicates that the user has limited who can add them to groups due to one of the following settings:
Allow only contacts to add me to groups:
The user has set their privacy so that only people saved in their contact list can add them to groups.
Disallow everyone from adding me to groups:
The user has enabled a strict privacy setting that prevents anyone from adding them to groups or channels, regardless of contact status.
Hence, you cannot add members to groups or channels if they have enabled privacy restrictions on their profile. This is common behavior on Telegram.
What is "User Channel TooMuch Joined" Message?
The term "UserChannelTooMuchJoined" in Telegram appears when you try to add a member to a group or channel, and it indicates that the user has already joined the maximum number of groups and channels allowed by Telegram.
What does "UserChannelTooMuchJoined" mean?
Telegram enforces a limit on how many groups, channels, and supergroups a user can join. This limit exists to maintain performance and prevent abuse.
When a user reaches this limit, they cannot be added to any new group or channel unless they first leave one or more of their existing groups or channels.
Current Limit:
As per Telegram’s known limits, a user can join up to:
500 groups and channels combined.
If a user is already a member of 500 groups and channels, attempting to add them to another one will result in the "UserChannelTooMuchJoined" message.
Hence, such users cannot be added to new groups or channels until they leave some of their existing memberships.
What is "Chat Admin Required" Message?
These messages mainly appear when working with Telegram Channels, not Groups.
Our Telegram Member Adder Software is primarily designed for Groups, not Channels.
However, it is still possible to use the software for adding members to Telegram Channels as well.
This process has already been explained in the above question:
"How to Add Members in Telegram Channel?"
What does "ChatAdminRequiredError" mean?
The term "ChatAdminRequiredError" in Telegram appears when you attempt to add a member to a channel without having the required administrative permissions.
This error clearly indicates that only channel administrators are allowed to add members to that specific Telegram channel.
If your account is not an admin (or does not have the proper rights), Telegram will block the action and return this error.
Software Interface
What is Button 'C' in the Panel ?
When you click the button called "C", it opens a file containing a variable named open_next_adder_after_seconds.
In this variable, you can set any delay value in seconds, but it should be more than 10 seconds.
Example:
open_next_adder_after_seconds = 16
Whenever you run Multi-Adder Mode, the software will start one account first and wait for a 16-second delay to let that account initialize properly.
After the 16-second delay, it will start the next account for member adding.
This is the purpose and usage of the "C" button variable.
What is the “More” button and its options?
"More" Button and Its Options
1 - Reset Memory [2 Digits]
2 - Reset Memory [1st Digit]
3 - Reset Memory [All Digits]
As explained in the above ⬆️ question:
